My Little People: Diversity is Magic

Firstly: I will never, ever try to draw with Paint again. I like my ideas in this drawing, but hate the quality. I'll do a nice pencil sketch of this sometime when I find the moment. Spring break, maybe?

So, yes, I admit this drawing was inspired by the popular Muslim Fluttershy. Of course, now I'm killing myself for being so unoriginal and using other people's ideas, but whatever. I love seeing other people's human versions, and I wanted to try my own. I knew I wanted Pinkie to have dark skin, because Pinkie's personality is so much like my own dear friend; I basically drew my friend as Pinkie Pie. After that, I figured it would be fun to make a very diverse crowd. Rarity is Japanese because, in my opinion, Japanese girls have all the beauty, and Rarity is the prettiest pony. As for Twilight, all my smartest friends are coincidentally Indian, so to me it seemed the natural choice. And besides, Indian fashion is so awesome, I had to draw it. The rest I just sort of went with what I felt like at the time. Except, of course, Fluttershy. I'm so unoriginal. Bleh.

In my image, I figured all the girls were posing for a photo. Twilight asks if everyone's ready, but just before the photo gets taken, Pinkie Pie says, "WAIT! I want to stand by Dashie!" *tackleglomp* Rainbow's reaction: "Pinkie Pie, you are SO random!"
