Vaarsuvius Screwed Up Big Time by songsparrow882 Vaarsuvius Screwed Up Big Time by songsparrow882
I've discovered the arcane powers of Gimp! Surely, this will demand more experimentation!

Illustration of this page ([link]) of the "Order of the Stick" webcomic. Vaarsuvius, androgynous elf wizard of arcane awesomeness, just realized that he/she is responsible for a worldwide genocide. Oops.

Powerful scene. The original was incredible but sometimes stick figures don't carry the full impact, you know?

I think Rich Burlew does a remarkable job of capturing emotion and depth considering his comical style. That scene hit me hard!

Poor V, especialy with Qarr's cruel coment in the new comic...Beautiful piece, by the way, quite ironic that Girard looks here like a Saint, seeing his dysposition towards Paladins. Then again, he and Soon seem to be not so diffrent, after all.

so V killed a bunch of dragons, okay, and so killed a bunch of asshats too, guys that don't wanna be raised from the dead just to laugh at any lawful good that wants to help them, i'd say they didn't even deserved being raised by lawful evil malack as zombies..., they died, who cares, snap out of it V and go on living, doubt anyone from the order of the scribble or their descendants would be really missed, the only ones worth of saving would have been the halfling, the mage and the elven maiden, those 3 cared about keeping the world destroyer at bay

There's also the fact that, iirc, Tarquin almost married someone who died quiet, suddenly and inexplicably, on the day Varsuvius cast the spell. It's very, very likely that she was related, however distantly, to the Draketooths. This means that V almost killed Elan as well.

He also killed countless other families with Black Dragon blood.

well, the spell is called FAMILICIDE, and it is known for not leaving any kind of survivors (it's strange that V didn't mind killing 1/4 of the population of black dragons on the planet but did mind killing the draketooth clan and all the humans that were related to them by a one night stand), the thing is Tiamat, it wants 5 good dragons killed for each black dragon murdered that way?, that's not how you balance things, that dragon goddess got Loco in the coco, reptilian races should stop praising her so she lost all power and start praising banjo the clown god of puppets, then it can go in a serious smiting of evil-doers... sorta

Well, s/he only now saw the direct consequences, and V did seem to regret killing those dragons, saying, if rember, to not praise him/her after all the ordeal with the dragon, fiends and Xykon. And we must remember, there is a lot prejudice agains 'evil'/'monster' races, which include Chromatic Dragons. Also, Tiamat is insane, but that is part of her mythology, and I think that lack of worship wouldn't depower her enough, in core(pre 4E)D&D, Faerun and Planescape she also seems to be a paragon of Chromatic Dragons and their kin, as long as they exist, she seems to resurrecting and keeping a lot of her power. Then again, this is OOTS-verse, so here it may weaken her enough for Banjo to take over :XD:
